All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the U.S., but we’re working on expanding our shipping options soon!

How much is shipping?
We offer flat-rate shipping of $5 on all U.S. orders. Orders over $75 ship free.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in their original packaging. Sale items are final sale.

How do I start a return or exchange?

How do I take care of my jewelry?
To keep your pieces looking their best, store them in a dry place and avoid lotions and perfumes. Gently wipe clean with a soft cloth.

Is your jewelry waterproof?
Our pieces are water-resistant but not fully waterproof. For long-lasting wear, we recommend removing before swimming or showering.

What is gold PVD?
Gold PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) is a durable, long-lasting coating that gives jewelry a real gold finish without tarnishing easily.

What is gold filled?
Gold filled jewelry has a thick layer of real gold bonded to a base metal—it's more durable than gold plating and safe for sensitive skin.
